"A Pastoral Council is to be established in each parish; the pastor presides over it, and through it the Christian faithful along with those who share in the pastoral care of the parish in virtue of their office give their help in fostering pastoral activity." (Canon 536,2)
The Pastoral Council serves as a consultative group to the pastor, assisting him in fostering pastoral activities and in providing for the continued growth of parish life. Council members serve 3-year terms and nominations for new members to the Council are accepted at the end of the calendar year. Meetings are held the 4th Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM in the Parish Office Conference Room.
