Prince of Peace Social Concerns & Justice Committee is hosting a day of service at the Parish on Saturday, July 13. Families are encouraged to signup and serve together for an hour or two to benefit area agencies and Parish ministries.
Serve Day Projects:
Donation Drive - accepting, sorting and delivering new and gently used items of clothing, shoes, household goods, books, and toys.
Summer Activity bags - create bags filled with toys, craft items and healthy snacks for children in low income families and some in foster care.
Prepare Meals - meals will be prepared for Free Hot Soup (FHS) and Uplift. Bake & decorate desserts, make sandwiches, cook meal.
